As a co-founder, I directed 0–1 product vision, strategy, roadmap, development, and launch. I developed segmentation and eligibility strategy, and iterated prototypes based on feedback from 150+ active users. The project won the Tencent Global Pitch competition and partnered with Qualcomm Snapdragon XR Team.

Jun 2025 - Present

As a founding member, I helped launch the USC AI Trust Hub by developing the project narrative, marketing materials, and website to attract industry partners and communicate the hub’s vision. I established the collaboration framework between academia and industry around AI trust evaluation. The initiative has since received official recognition and support from two university schools and secured its first Silicon Valley industry partner, Tumeryk.

Feb - May 2025

I led a team to propose a Smart To-Do List feature for Gmail, addressing inbox clutter and task management by developing the concept through product critique, vision setting, and detailed PRD writing. We reimagined Gmail from an email tool to a productivity hub.

Sep - December 2024

I led a year-long, multi-phase integrated marketing campaign for Oatly by conducting SWOT analysis, focus groups with 100 consumers, and competitive analysis to address a key brand challenge through strategic media, partnerships, and interactive digital experiences. The campaign proposal received endorsement from the Creative Director at Oatly’s Global Headquarters in Sweden.

Mar - June 2024

I led the UX framework, UI deisgn, 70+ page high-fidelity interactive prototype, and design system development for Prometheus Data, shaping a marketplace with integrated credit evaluation and loan services.
I worked closely with co-founders and engineers to align design strategy with business goals, securing seed investment and strategic partnerships.
